Storm washes away pipe, collapses Shuman Road

Now that's a pothole. This part of Shuman Road in Honesdale was wiped out when flooding burst an old pipe.  Heavy rain washed away an old pipe under Shuman Road in Honesdale over the weekend, causing a large hole to open up in the road.
